This is a stunning photo/print of the Salt Lake temple. It is a photograph by famed phototragpher Robert Boyd. The photo/print is 21 1/2 x 32 1/2. With the dark wood frame the dimensions are 29x40. Something similar in size sells for $600 or more and that isn't numbered or signed. This one is #15/1000. On the lower right corner of the artwork, there is a tiny space where you can see the backing. I have included a photo of that.
