A great camper in good condition with minimal wear. Has both AC and Heat. Also includes lots of extra accessories. (Chairs, tire chalks, water hook-ups and drain hoses, electrical hookups, foam mattress topper, dishes, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, electric jack, and lots of other stuff) Includes a new tire cover and a winter cover. Has an awning and an exterior cookstove. We just don't use it anymore.
