This is a “Cool Charger” brand supercharger kit. This company was around back when this particular Escalade was in production (early 2000’s).
They essentially used a “powerdyne” supercharger head unit, on brackets and inlet pipes designed by Cool Charger.
The company has since gone out of business, but the powerdyne is still supported and several companies rebuild them and offers service parts. In other words, you can rebuild this supercharger, or modify it down the road.
These were generally installed at the dealer and from what I can find, the entry kit was good for 500hp, while options were available for 700hp (which used an Intercooler).
This can be used on any gen 3 “LS” engine, using the truck belt drive assembly.
This Escalade runs and drives, but we believe the fuel pump is failing. The rest of the vehicle is being parted out.
