Electric awning, huge bathroom with tons of closet space and full shower. Heat, A/C. Electric vent fan. Full fridge/freezer. 2 60 gallon fresh water tanks plus a 40 gallon water tank in the tack room. 2 burner cook top,microwave, queen size bed. Lots of cabinet space. Mangers with big storage bay underneath. Fully enclosed hay rack. Rubber floor in horse area. Led lights inside and out. Swing out saddle rack. 3 horse with dividers. We hauled four horses with no issues. New tires and wheels with less than 1000 miles on them. New brakes and wheel bearings. Hydraulic Jack. 2 new deep cycle 12 volt batteries.
