This is the Clearblast CB150 model slurry blast machine. It is a wet blasting system, capable of blasting with multiple types of media including chrushed walnut shells, calcium , crushed glass, glass bead, garnet, etc. (media with the 20-100 sieve size). This machine is designed for dust suppression, which is meant reduce media/water consumption by 50–80% compared to other systems, and is ideal for industrial surface prep, rust removal, and coating stripping with minimal cleanup. It has performed well for the few times I have used it for car paint removal, powder coating removal, and stripping tire rims of factory coating. I have typically used about 50 lbs of media per hour of blasting. I just have not been able to devote the time and resources I originally wanted to get a business up and running with this and I would like to sell the machine to someone who could. This listing includes the CB150 machine, 50 feet of blasting hose with nozzle attachment, 50 of high pressure hose (to connect to a compressor which is not included), a flash drive with the manual and other information from the manufacturer, gasket for the machine that should be replaced at around the 40 hour mark, and I will even include some of the extra media I have left to help get you started.
