ApplePayThese wood coaster sets are a great way to protect your other surfaces from cold and wet glassware. Place your glass or cups on these elegant trivets to help protect underlying wooden tables, nightstands, desks and more. These trivets are made from walnut, cherry, hickory, white oak, and red oak in my shop. Sizes vary to accompany different pans, with slight variations due to natural variances in wood expansion or contraction.
Trivets were squared, then routered for different designs. Outside edges were rounded over to make them more comfortable. Lastly, they were sanded and finished with food-grade butcher block conditioner that is safe for food contact and is easy to reapply as often as desired. This also protects the wood from pans coming right out of your hot oven.
