This Range is currently setup for NATURAL GAS, however , by previous request of the buyer, It can be converted to use LP (PROPANE) for a $350 fee.

Condition:

This is a previously used item in great condition. There are some signs of use, scratches on the stainless steel, light wear on the grates and the on pan of the main oven, but overall looks great and functions perfectly. Fully tested.
