VenmoThis is the actual original Coke machine that Marty McFly would have dropped a dime, or two nickels, into when he time-traveled back to 1955.
This a true classic ORIGINAL vintage 1955 VMC Ten Cents Coca-Cola machine. This machine would be the major conversation piece in your game room. It would also look great for advertising in the front window of an antique store.
I bought this old machine with the intention of restoring it but no longer have the space to do that. It is totally complete (very rare to have all of the parts). I shopped-out the coin mech, which now works perfectly...one dime or two nickels...just push down the crank and out pops a 6 1/2 ounce bottle of Coke. I alsor eplaced the key with a band new new key. There is some oxidation in the paint and some light surface rust on the top. The oxidation can probably be buffed out. You can tear down the machine and have it repainted or just add it to a game room the way that it sits....with ALL OF ITS 1955 Back To The Future built in character....a real conversation piece in your game room. The vending mechanism works perfectly but I have not checked the compressor, as the wiring will need to be replaced. I used to restore these old machines when I lived in California and most of the compressors woked, so the odds are that this one will too once rewired. I have the 10 Cents decal and the VMC lower decal, and can give you the information where you can purchase all of the decals that you will need, if you decide to totally restore the machine. The measurements are: 52" High, 26" Wide, 17.5" Deep....very compact and small machine...ideal for a game room.
