It sleeps 9 in 6 beds: 1 queen; 3 bunk beds; couch converts to full-size pull-out bed; u-shaped table area converts to sleeping area. Inside kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and sink. Outside kitchenette with pull-out propane burner, sink, and small refrigerator. Television rotates for viewing in master bedroom or family room. Stereo with inside and outside speakers. Front storage compartment accessible on both sides and from the master bedroom. Storage closet and storage under the master bed. Small tub with shower. Motorized awning. Electric trailer jack. Two 7-gallon propane tanks. Two 12V batteries wired in parallel. Dometic air conditioner.
I made a couple of improvements since I’ve owned it. I installed an outdoor shower wand on the back with hot and cold water. Also, I installed 12V/120V USB chargers on either side of the queen bed and in two places in the family room/kitchen. This allows cell phones to be charged from the battery or from shore power. I wired in a small removable solar panel to keep the battery trickle charged.
I purchased this in 2021 and towed it about 15 miles to my place in Bloomington. Very little mileage added in the last few years.
Asking price is for the trailer only. I have a generator and an Equal-i-zer hitch which I would sell for the right additional price.
