This is an awesome trailer, we've added most of the original kitchen equipment back. You park the trailer, flip down the sides to become the walkways, lift the roof up, add screens or walls, and fire up the stoves and start cooking. includes- 6 mbu v3 diesel fueled burners, two pot holders, a double wide griddle, some cabinets, 3 stairs, poles to support the tent like screens or walls, piles of the screens and wall fabric to enclose it in the winter, 2 jacks for lifting the roof. this is setup to tow with a deuce and a half, has air over hydraulic brakes and pintle hitch. I've towed it with a 1 ton truck using a 2" receiver to pintle adapter and it towed fine, you wouldn't want to tow it with a suv or little truck. Great for summer camps, family reunions, parties, catering, food truck etc. The first 3 pictures are of this type trailer setup in use by the army, not this actual one.
