Looking for a roommate to share Midvale condo. Two blocks from Trax station, half mile from Jordan River Trail, and 2 minutes to freeway on ramp. Rent is $1,200 a month, split utilities and internet which is around $150 a month per person. My current lease is up in June and I intend to sign for another year at that point. Background check will be required.

Unfurnished master bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk in closet is available. We will share the furnished living room, kitchen, and laundry machines. I keep these areas very clean and would appreciate a roommate who would do the same. Garage parking spot/storage space is available. You could also pay $20 a month for an outdoor parking space.

I have a 7 year old Husky/Blue Heeler mix who is very reactive to other animals. I would rather someone without pets but if my dog likes your dog/cat then they are welcome. Unfortunately, the decision is up to her! She has lived with cats and dogs before, she is just picky about who she likes.

I am a 35 year old woman. I love the outdoors (camping, backpacking, hiking, all of it!), crafting (crochet and cross stitch), and taking care of my many, many plants. I keep to myself and am pretty quiet. I don’t throw parties or anything.
