Screen is not cracked, but there must be some sort of crack underneath the screen to make this happen. Touch screen and computer still fully function able. I’ve factory reset it so it’s ready to go. I’m hopeful someone has the expertise to fix it so it doesn’t go to a recycle center or landfill. I purchased in 2021, but only used for 2 years then my work issued me a Mac. Comes with wireless mouse and keyboard combo. I included the info from Amazon for specification details. Let me know if you have questions.
