VenmoPivot Cycles Mach 5.5 Race XT with upgrades. Retail price was $6000. I’ll share its history from what I know as we are the third owner.
Upgrades: Fox36 with the Grip2 damper, updated OneUp V2, 180mm dropper post with the most drop possible. Purple accents throughout include Chromag Contact flat pedals, Deity grips. Maxxis Minion tires for grip (front is pretty new, back is probably about halfway worn). Orange sealant was used in the tires.
The front and rear brake fluid has been replaced recently, front brake is making a hum sound as of late. The carbon frame paint is worn off on the top tube from legs rubbing on it while leaning into turns on downhills. A shop serviced the fork with a basic rebuild two years ago while rear suspension needs service as it makes a squelching sound when compressed.
This bike is really fun if you like regular wheeled (27.5") more nimble, modern geometry design. Think that pretty much covers it. Contact me for anything that I missed and/or to come by to look at near the Millcreek South Salt Lake area of town.
KSL Classifieds makes it easy to buy and sell with peace of mind. Check our safety tips and quickly report anything that doesn’t look right to keep your experience smooth and secure.
