We bought this mower around 6 years ago and have loved it. Our boys have mowed many, many lawns with it so it definitely has some wear and tear, but it runs just fine and gets the job done. Never had a problem starting and the self propulsion still works great. Full disclosure, here are issues I'm aware of:

• the biggest issue is that when you let go of the lever, the brake that stops the motor makes a loud sound as it is stopping the motor. To avoid this, I just partially release the lever so the brake doesn't engage. It takes a couple extra seconds to stop, but that's the only difference it makes. Probably is an easy fix if you just buy the replacement part.
• there's a crack in the frame at the discharge hole (see picture). Doesn't affect functionality.
• the metal bar on the bag that engages with the hooks on the mower is loose, but it still works just fine to hook the bag in place.
• it does have an electric start, but I don't think it is fully functional. I still have the charger if you want to try it.
