Brand new out of the box Monument BBQ grill. Mesa series 425. Propane tank not included. We purchased it intending to convert it to natural gas but found out that is not possible with this model. Sells for $450 at Home Depot. We are selling for $400. Considering that there is no tax that is a good price for a new grill.
