Fabric chair that converts into a twin-sized bed, upholstered in a dark tan/light brown woven fabric. Approx 10 years old, but very lightly used and in excellent condition. Clean fabric, no stains, no odors, and the sleeper mechanism works smoothly. Has spent most of its life as a decoration chair and has seen minimal use as a bed. Quality construction (not a big-box import). Comfortable as a chair and very useful as a guest bed for an office, basement, or small space. Even has a small amount of storage in the lower section.
