Has worked great for us for the past couple years as supplemental air conditioning. It is a few years old, but used on and off, part of the time unused in our storage room. Will need a replacement hose. Does not include window kit, but they are decent prices on Amazon. Has caster wheels on the bottom, so it's great for being moved from place to place. Blasts a regular size room with cold air pretty well! It has outperformed some other units we've had, and just keeps going! Has a extra plug on the back of the unit to help with the outlet space it uses. The front is duct taped because I removed the front to clean inside and I couldn't it back on fully, but it's all cosmetic. Still works great!
