The house has 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms, two refrigerators, laundry room with washer and dryer, back patio, deck, and plenty of storage in the garage. There is a very big kitchen and living area.

The room available is about 11'x11' with hard wood floors, closet and extra storage in the hallway. The room has a queen size bed, dresser, wall mirror, desk, chair and 32” TV with firestick/local channels. The house is about 1,900 sq.ft, with plenty of space; no one feels crowded. The house has a very open feeling.

I am looking for one new roommate female or male that is responsible, clean, relaxed and punctual paying rent. Alcohol is allowed in the house in moderation (No drugs).
