Works great. I did not use it for gerson so it's been lightly used. My brother-in-law got cancer and it sent me down the road of research and I ended up buying this new as a result. It is very powerful and heavy. We are moving and will I don't use it enough to justify moving it to the new house. I am happy to do a demo if you do not know how to use it. I do have the original box, it's pretty dusty.
