2 tent beds(1 larger in front) Small couch popout(not electric) Fridge & freezer work great Heater works very well (Haven't tried the AC) I bought this in 2023 for $5,000 and we have only used it twice(one week in Hanksville & 1 overnight up the canyon) New tires in 2025 New batteries 2 propane tanks(pretty sure they are full) Sway bar Greased wheel bearings Cleaned brakes last year and made sure everything works correctly The people I bought it from redid the inside and reinforced the floor because they had an adult autistic son that liked to jump. The water works but the toilet will need to be repaired or replaced. When we hooked it up in Hanksville it started to spray out of the base. We turned it off and never used it(the RV park had restrooms and showers) The beds are large. Extra new mattress included, as well as the laundry bin, extra shelf w/ basket & over the door hanger in bathroom. Other items in cabinets(kitchen & closet) not included. We have enjoyed this trailer but don't use it enough and need the space Message for more pictures & videos
