This is a commercial grade massage chair, will last a long time. Is only a few months old. It works perfect I am only selling because they sent me the wrong color and I am replacing it with a black one that fits the rest of my space (it's in a wellness center now). I have customers all the time rant about this is the best massage chair they've ever used. Even massage therapists that rant about how great it is. It gets deep and does great work.
