Full bathroom, dining table becomes bed, electric works, fridge works, water pumps work along with bathroom, stove works, tv can run off battery. Heat works, full propane. Lights inside and outside working.

Front window started leaking and water damage occurred far side of the bed. I took out the damaged wood and will reseal the window. I have noticed no other leaks aside from the aforementioned.

Bed was put in only recently, but mattress has waterproof cover the whole time.

Ceiling frame slightly exposed in one spot and trim drops there (in photos) .

Come-alongs included, RV Tape included, brand new extra leg jack included. All jack stands are functuning, but the extra is nice to have.

Pretty good condition all in all.
