1968 Jeep CJ5 Dauntless V6 and 3 speed trans. There is a lot of money invested into it, roughly 24k. It was supposed to be passion project that business got in the way of. Pretty much rust free, some surface rust on the steel front fenders and the cage. I’m heading down to California and really don’t want to haul it. I’ll try and list it all but I’m sure I’m going to forget a lot of stuff. Body was sand blasted, bodywork done and then primer sealed. Professionally Rebuilt Dauntless v6 slightly higher compression and Isky cam, needed some more horsepower and Torque. Gm throttle Body with Micro squirt fuel injection. Headers Be cool Radiator Edelbrock air cleaner Gm HEI distributor Rebuilt 3 speed trans Rebuilt transfer case Spring perch’s were widened to accommodate cj7 axles for a little more stability. Both Axles rebuilt and I believe 4.11 gears AMC locker in the rear ARB air locker in the front Warn hubs New calipers ARB twin Air compressor New power steering gear Box New borgeson steering joints New front grill Currie shackles Bds lift springs There is 3 quarts of 2 part Gator Guard bed liner for under and inside body. Poison Spider cage Poison Spider steel flat front fenders Corbeau front and rear seats Custom rear bumper with tire holder Warn front bumper and hoop Warn Zeon 8k winch with Synthetic Rope Custom optima battery holder New blank dash Moved steering column over to center it Summit racing black powder coated steering column Wilwood hanging clutch and brake pedal Novak hydraulic clutch set up Novak billet transfer case cover Novak poly trans mount. New motor mounts Custom rocker switches Moal bomber gauges 6 gauge set. Almost 1k just for those. Summit racing heater New poly fuel tank Summit racing wiring harness Rigid pod lights 4 Sparco 4 point harnesses Tuffy locking center console I believe Currie u-bolt and lower shock mount plates Roto Pax mount and 2 galling can New rear lights Electric fan Powder coated hood hinges Lokar lakester fuel pedal Reinforced firewall on drivers side Im sure I forgot probably forgetting But there are pics of a lot of it. This was supposed to be kinda factory kinda not build.
Major things it still needs is a flywheel Shocks Driveshafts Seat frame welded in Finish the mock up and paint it you color. Open to some trades also
