VenmoMy wife and I love this trailer! We bought it for $4500 a few years ago to give us our own space while going through school and living with my parents. With both of us just about done with School we are prepping for the next stage of life and sadly selling it is a part of that.
We were told that everything worked when we bought it which was a total lie because the pipes were old and leaking all over the place when we first hooked it up to water. I ran completely new pex pipes for fresh water it no longer leaks at all. The water heater also wasn't working but we got that fixed as well and it works great! So you don't have to worry about things not working when you come check it out. I'll leave a hose connected to it, electricity, and propane connected for when you come look so you can see that it's in good working condition for yourself.
It's only 20 feet which was a sweet spot for us fitting it at the side of my parent's place, but the modern remodel really makes it feel roomy and bright inside which we both really loved.
