Sleeps 6+. Electrical, Fridge, Gas, Heater, Water, Tires all in great working condition. No tears or stains in any of the fabrics, window coverings, or canopies. All curtains and window panels are in great condition. All screens are in great condition. All zippers and velcro are in great condition. 3rd owner, all previous owners have been non-smoking. We easily tow it with a 2013 Honda Pilot.

As-Is Notes:

Door sticks a little but opens/closes/locks completely. We removed the door from its storage cable, but all storage snaps are in working order. One of the stabilizer jack feet is bent, but is still functional. There are two over head lights that take 2 bulbs each; each light has one bulb that needs replacing.

Can provide a pdf of the manual for all coachmen tow-ables made between 2004 - 2006.
