Black Taylormade bag. Everything works fine and it has the rain cover. It does have a logo on the ball cover. Overall it is in good shape, however, a seam separated above the storage area (last two pictures). You can reach both sides so it can probably be repaired/stitched fairly easily if you have those skills - I'm just not that handy so probably not an option for me. - opting to put on KSL for a week or two before looking into repairing it. $100 OBO
