The U-shaped dining table was removed and replaced with a removable standard 4 chair table set. The rear bedroom drop down bed in the slide out was removed to create more space. The camper can comfortably sleep 6-7 in its current arrangement. However, there is plenty of space to comfortably blow up air mattresses for extra bedding arrangements.

The two slide outs provide ample space for glamping. We have never had issues with the two AC units keeping us cool on family outings.

The heater worked great when we last used it. Fridge/freezer, water heater, and microwave work as they should.

There are no leaks that we are aware of. The water system has been used when directly connected to city water. We have never used the fresh water holding tank but have no reason to doubt the pump and tank do work. The plumbing works and flows as it should.

The trailer has held up in all weather and we have experienced no leaks or roof issues. The camper was used for light camping expeditions and a short stint while we transitioned homes.

The previous owners were a son and mother duo who used it lightly for two years before we purchased it.

The interior is in great condition. The exterior has some cosmetic dings. The fiberglass shell is in great condition. The lower plastics, such as those around the wheel wells have cracks but we have not had issues while traveling.

The tires appear to be in good condition but have not been replaced since we have owned the camper.

Issues:

Expected wear and tear from family fun and use

Bedroom cabinet mirror is cracked in one cabinet

Propane gas detector may not be working.

Batteries are bad and need replaced

Very short decorative LED strip lights in the front of the trailer stopped working so I cut them off. (Decorative only. Served no real purpose).

Rear left brake light does not light up.

Couch is peeling at the head and arm rests.
