This carpet was installed in our basement by the builder when we built our home. It has been very gently used (no tears, stains, etc) but we are replacing it. We do not have pets so there are also no pet stains, smells or fur.
It would be perfect for a rental, basement, etc.
Carpet pieces are the following sizes (in inches), for a total of over 1500 sq feet: 255 x 110 73x59 (L shape) 128x128 54x21 48x57 41x55 46x139 58x255 105x255 128x138 110x255 73x60 46 x 57.5 65x33 57x45 46x38 45x44 46x95 228 x 237”
Also included is some pad, which was a heavier duty pad that we upgraded to with the builder. No stains pet wear and tear. Pad is in the following sizes, for a total of 830 square feet:
