Buttercup is a buckskin 5 year 3/4 Andalusian 1/4 Friesian mare. About 15 hands. Buttercup is bred to a bay Andalusian and is due in the next few weeks with a 7/8 Andalusian foal. (Due between the last couple week of this month and first week or two of May).

She is started under saddle and is quiet and eager to please. Buttercup moves beautifully and is smooth to ride. Walks, trots, lopes both directions, descent stop, backs. She is pretty laid back but not a dead head. She has had a few rides in the foothills, down the road, and has been ridden in a creek. Has been ridden bareback. Has been around cows. Trainer loved her. Said she was a born broke type. I lead my kids on her bareback sometimes, now that i feel like she is too pregnant to really ride. Very sweet mare. Absolutely loves attention. She has been good for the farrier.

Buttercup is a smart horse. She had a tarp blow in her pen and playing with it. Ive also rubbed her down with tarps and shook them by her. Very nice horse.

Last 4 pics are stud she was bred to. Buttercup has no papers, but i think it is possible to register her foal as half even though it will be 7/8 because sire is papered. Also, I used to own her dam and she is the brown (not black) Warlander in some of the center photos next to Buttercup.
