Meet Alexa

Alexa is five years of love packed into one dog. She is an absolute people person — the kind of dog who wants to be near you, next to you, and leaning into you at every opportunity. She lives for fetch, gets genuinely excited about walks, and will play with a toy until it surrenders (fair warning: if it's stuffed, she will win that battle — durable toys are her love language).

She's retiring from our breeding program and is ready for a home where she's the star.

What you should know about her health: Alexa developed a thyroid condition, most likely triggered by the stress of her last pregnancy. Before we caught it, she lost some coat — it's growing back nicely now that she's on medication. Our holistic vet is optimistic she'll be able to come off the medication within the next six months, but she will need a follow-up blood test to confirm before discontinuing.
