Practically brand new. This was a customer return item, originally priced at Sam's club for 1400. appears that it had been setting in a warehouse for a while. Had some leaves in the crevaces an was a little dusty. I cleaned it up and its ready for a new home. Only issue that ive found is that it needs a new hinge on the ottoman storage. if I get around to it this weekend ill run to Lowe's an replace that, but its still functional as is, just need to be gentle when closing it. other than that. it appears to be in good shape. Would make a cheap comfortable couch for you.
