2.5 acres of pasture w/ covered stalls and round pen. Turn out can be arranged during summer months, it was planted last fall so it’s establishing well, but don’t want it eaten down completely. Feed will still be required as main source. There’s a locked tack room and horse walker that’s available for your use as well. I use to train full time out of this place and hate to see it not getting used anymore. I’m set up to feed cubes, and don’t want to deal with bales. Light riding in the pasture is fine, round pen is full use, welcome to load up and go riding anytime. I’m easy to work with as long as my home and property is respected.
