I built this coop/barn a few years ago. Originally built it to accommodate birds and goats. We decided the goats were too much so it has currently only housed birds for about a year. Has a floor and three lofts as shown in the video. Currently has eight laying boxes and two pretty big feeders. The walls are insulated. The roof is not. The center post that connects to the Support beam goes all the way to the subframe. This roof has held up a lot of snow. We are at 6300 feet. No leaks or failures. The big picture window is insulated like one you would put in your house. The two smaller windows are not. Has LED puck lights connected to a timer. Overall, it’s a very solid coupe. We are just trying to downsize and do something else with the space. Buyer would need to be responsible for transporting to wherever they want it. Footprint is 8’ x 8’. Walls are 2x4. Rafters and joists are 2x6. Joists are constructed from pressure-treated two by sixes. The floor is pressure treated 1 inch plywood. All three lofts have quarter inch rubber mat over the 2 x 6 decking. The tall wall is 8’. The short wall is a little less. Siding is hardy siding (pretty sure). Got it at Home Depot. Paint is premium exterior paint. I think it’s Behr. This thing is stout! I am happy to answer any questions. Asking $1,000 OBO
