This will come with a 80Lb Proforce heavy bag, Everlast stand and speed bag. I have the stand disassembled for easier transport if needed. The pros: Light use and minor paint “damage” on the stand. The cons: Does not include the specific wrench for assembly nor the instruction manual for assembly.
