VenmoThis is a good beginners weightlifting bench. Comes with the bar and we have a bunch of weights that fit the bar. This thing has been sitting in the garage so it’s a bit dusty and will need a good hose down.
Bench can incline, and the module near the feet of the bench adjusts for different exercises.
Bench press, incline bench press, preacher curls, leg extensions, leg curls, and you can squat with this but I’ll admit it’s not great for that.
Weights: 2x 25 lbs 2x 15 lbs 8x 7.5 lbs 2x 10 lbs 4x 2.5 lbs
Need to get rid of this thing asap so make an offer. $100 obo
