Tent is in great shape. Stayed in it a couple winters now that my little cabins built I no longer need it. It comes with a wood burning cabelas stove with pipe and damper and a water tank attachment for keeping hot water ready as well as a ground tarp and an inside floor carpet it’s in a ply wood crate for storage and is an excellent tent come get it packed and ready to go cash in person only paid about 1700 for everything it comes with
