ApplePayHad for 10 years. Been a workhorse. 38” Side discharge. No trades
The good tecumseh 17hp motor. Starter works great. New Amazon carb last year. oil, filter, spark, air and fuel filter every year. New drive belts and brake pads. Blade and bearings in good condition. Trans works great. All tires hold air except one drops 5 psi between weekly mows. Did a case reseal beginning of 2025. last year. governor was adjusted. compression good. Touched up the paint and plastics last year. Kept the patina on the hood.
The bad At the end of the year engine would run but couldn’t hold a load. Haven’t started this year. Guessing needs new rings or the governor needs adjustment. Battery is from 2016. Worked great all last year. Currently dead. Ignition is only start and stop. All the safety switches were removed before I bought it.
