Spring gardening and all kinds of landscaping work and minor excavation (Trenching, post holes, site clearing, etc.) without the “heavy-equipment damage”. Our compact John Deere 1025R will fit through a 4ft or 48” gate and is designed for tight spaces. Whether your project is big or small, our compact equipment gets the job done in large and small areas the big rigs can’t reach, leaving a smaller footprint on your property.

We are the owner operator and we charge at a rate of $100/hour for a minimum of 2 hours or ($200) per visit. We begin charging at arrival, and pro-rate every 15 min. If you’re further than 20 miles from Layton, we charge an extra .35 cents/mile.

Below is the different work we can do for you with our tractor.

• 48” Tiller: Yard/garden/field tilling, arena, etc. Will till about 6-7 inches deep with one pass, and if needed we can do as many passes as desired. (Must not be too “rocky”.)
• Front-end Loader: If you have material (topsoil/mulch/gravel/etc.) that you need to move or spread out.
• Backhoe Excavator: 1ft wide trenching, in the ground trampoline, sod removal (i.e. Park strip, etc.), small to medium size rock moving, shrub removal, etc.

-Post Holes: For any kind of fencing, tree planting, etc.

• Box Blade: If you would like to have your dirt driveway/park strip/yard leveled and other kinds of leveling needs.
