As a professional home inspector and experienced contractor, I bring a level of care and attention that most tenants simply can’t offer. We don’t just live in a home—we maintain it, protect it, and take pride in it.
We’re looking to take care of your home.
• Live-in caretaking in exchange for reduced rent, or
• Traditional rent at a reasonable rate with the added benefit of proactive upkeep, including video documentation and clear narrative explanations of any repairs or maintenance performed
My experience includes hands-on work and oversight in irrigation/sprinklers, electrical, plumbing, drywall/sheetrock, and finish work, allowing me to address a wide range of typical home maintenance needs with confidence and care.
Our goal over the next two years is to work hard, save diligently, and purchase a home of our own. We’re simply looking for the right opportunity that allows both sides to benefit along the way.
We are a close, respectful family who values time together and takes seriously the trust that comes with caring for someone else’s home. We would need a space that comfortably fits our family, with room to occasionally host loved ones. A pool would be a meaningful bonus, as it’s where we spend much of our time together.
