The gentrification is slowly seeping in, but you can still find good tacos around the corner. About me; I'm just a pretty normal queer, leftist 30 somthing, trying to survive in this late stage capitalistic hellscape... I'm a really chill person, though maybe a little cynical and blunt at times.

I work full time and am in school. I spend my free time dissociating; usually on the front porch or couch with a book and some music. Jeopardy is my church I will be on the couch most nights promptly at 630. Hahaha. I've been a pretty big home body as of late, though I do like to get out to a show or bar on occasion. I like live music and camping in the summers. Occasionally having people over to hang out; I've really been getting into smoking meat lately. There is a kinda cranky husky named Lance that lives here too. Hahaha I'm open to other dogs, as long as Lance approves. As far as cats, I'm really allergic to them. I've had my fare share of shitty people living here; I'm being hella picky on the vibes of who I live with.

I've learned the main things I'm looking for is someone who is; Clean, like maybe rinse your dishes and for the love of God, take your shoes off, if you vacuumed occasionally I'd probably die of shock. Haha. I swear I'm not a clean freak, I swear I'm not a clean freak; I mumble to myself as I clean the house on sunday mornings. Quiet during quiet hours would be nice. Just general common sense on how to live with people... I am 420 friendly; just not in the house, I also enjoy a stiff drink on occasion; if you drain my liquor cabinet the 2nd night you're here, we won't get along. Hahaha. There is another roommate upstairs with me; he's pretty chill, mid 20s, mostly keeps to himself. Actually Lance the Husky is his. I'm asking 650 a month that includes utilities and wifi. I could do like 3 or 6 month lease and go from there. The only thing I really want to see is proof of some sort of income, maybe a reference or something. Note from your mom..
