Fits Chevrolet Avalance, Silverado and Suburban. It also fits GMC Sierra, Yukon and even the Hummer. The first 2 pages list year, make and model. Look for your year, make and model under the 28559 column. I'm selling it for a friend who has moved out of state and has sold his truck.
