This Pelican case measures 24.76" x 19.57" x 13.9" and is in fairly good condition but has been used and does have minor cosmetic scrapes and scratches. The extendable handle locks into position and both wheels work great. No foam is included. The case was originally used to store a drone. It has been stored indoor in my basement in a smoke-free and pet-free home as long as I've had it.
