Great interior sound system, dedicated amplifier for the interior speakers and subwoofer, with Bluetooth/cd/AMFM head unit. Newer flat screen TV in the living room. Has outside speakers with separate head unit. Has a tv in the bedroom, never used it. Also has a "security system" camera with dedicated monitor in the bedroom, never used it.

Always emptied water lines for the winter and flushed with rv/marine antifreeze. Everything water related works, outside shower, inside walk in shower, all sinks, toilette etc. Electric or gas water heater. Never any issues with any holding tanks. 2 Large propane tanks, stove works, microwave works, fridge/freezer works, furnace works. Has 2 AC units, the front unit does not turn on, unsure why. the main AC unit has been plenty for our uses, never looked into the other one. no water leaks. Slides work perfectly no issues. Front Jack's work, ive replaced the gear box with a metal bodied unit. sometimes, depending on how high you need to lift the front you have to help it out with the hand crank, usually if you have the garage empty and water tanks full.

Has central vacuum system, it works but I do not have the hose/wand attachments. (can be purchased online) Has fuel tank with pump station but ive never used the pump, only used it for the generator. I did not use the trailer all of last year, parked in in early spring. The generator did not want to start for me when I went to get these photos and check on it. All 6 tires have been replaced recently and have great tread. Brakes are great, axle/bearing condition great when i did my last check about 2 trips ago. 2 new deep cycle 6v batteries in 24 1 light on the living room couch slide does not turn on, the wire that moves out with the slide, on the underside of the slide fell down and rubbed the tires. needs a 1 foot section replaced. this has happened to me once before and I repaired it, but has happened again. Awning needs to be replaced. Opens fine, but is worn out

Long description but I want to be as transparent as possible. Its been a great trailer, VERY roomy layout. The only major issues ive listed, the front ac and the generator not starting. it's almost 20 years old, and for that age it's in pretty great shape.

For a serious buyer I will gladly hook up to water and show everything works.
