Near Moab. Good tires with less than 1000 miles on them.
In very decent condition for its age. Has the heavier axle with higher clearance. We towed it regularly (slowly) on rougher gravel roads and even over some slickrock roads in SE Utah. We never used the indoor table, leaving the bed set up all the time as we prefer to eat outside.
Fridge works on propane or electric, propane furnace blows hot, stove works great. We never used the water tank, instead we just used containers of water set on the countertop with a greywater bucket under the camper.
Needs some new wiring
We'd prefer to sell it to someone who can make the minor repairs needed to camp. If we don't find that buyer, then we'll make repairs, camp in it a few more times this spring and fall then sell it at the end of the season.
It is super easy to set up and take down.
There is a window air conditioner that can be installed through the wall which we have never even turned on.
