I have a Hallmark Keepsake Christmas ornament from 2011. It is a house that says forever family on the door. The year is on the chimney. It has a little heart hanging under it that says held together with love. It is 3 1/2 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches wide. It has a little metal ring on top to add a hook or ribbon for hanging.
