2003 Road King 107 Stroker 100 year anniversary police edition

Stage 1: Aftermarket pipes, air filter, and power commander tuner.

Stage 2: Barnet clutch with extra plate clutch, aftermarket cams- fueling reaper 574g (geared for more mid to top end but has plenty of power off the line), also converted from chain to gear driven cams, which is a common failure point from the chain tensioner disintegrating and grenading the oil pump and engine etc…

Stage 3: Extended flywheel 4-3/8” and 107 big bore kit.

Other aftermarket additions: Oversized battery, battery cables, and all balls racing starter 1.7kW. Also installed a reinforced jack shaft with a lighter gear reduction between pinion gear and ring gear (10T:102T) to overcome the added compression from the 107 stroker. Fueling high volume/high pressure oil pump. New stator & rotor, new compensator/spring pack, new crank shaft position sensor. Aftermarket seat, headlight, and floorboards.
