We have a great litter of Lab / German Shorthaired Pointer mix puppies looking for their new homes. This was an accidental litter, but both parents are excellent dogs and these pups should make outstanding hunting companions and family dogs. Mom is a Lab / German Shorthair Pointer cross that we intentionally got for hunting abilities. She has had professional training for upland game and has been a great, driven hunting dog with a strong nose and excellent temperament. Dad is a purebred Labrador Retriever with strong retrieving instincts. Dad is a purebred Labrador Retriever with a solid temperament and strong retrieving instincts. These puppies should do very well with upland birds and waterfowl, and also make loyal, trainable family dogs. They’ve been handled regularly and are being raised around kids and on a small farm.
