This stunning textile features a vibrant arrangement of flowers in an elegant basket, meticulously hand-embroidered in richly colored silk threads against a deep indigo or purple silk background.
The intricate craftsmanship, dimensional stitching, and luminous silk threads reflect the artistry of Japanese export textiles produced for Western markets during the Meiji era. The original paper label remains intact, enhancing both authenticity and historical value.
