This 3x2 apartment so you will 2 roommates. Only one girl in there with me right now.

In unit laundry and large kitchen. You get at least two cupboards to yourself and the drawers on the right side of the oven are all yours.

Base rent is $700 and utilities are $50-60 a month. You have internet in the unit and I will leave my wifi router for you for free. There is paid parking available as well as free street parking.

I have enjoyed living here and I'm only leaving to move to Salt Lake City.
