Will haul a normal vehicle just fine, but not my Jeep with OVERSIZE tires. My mistake, your gain. Good condition, including tires and lights. 2 inch ball, 4 flat electrical plug. Ready to tow a normal vehicle with normal tires.

There are tie-down straps, but they are not in the best shape. Readily available on Amazon.
